Bengü Küçük joined Sarı & Kılıç Attorneys At Law during her legal traineeship (December 2000) and has continued to practice at the firm after being admitted to the bar.
She currently works on the recovery of receivables of banks, financial institutions and companies, the management of non-performing receivables, disputes arising from financial leasing transactions, and the resolution of disputes in enforcement and bankruptcy law, the law of obligations and commercial law.
Her LL.M. thesis at Istanbul Kultur University, entitled “The Procedure for Criminal Investigation and Prosecution of Attorneys,” was published as a book. Her doctoral studies are ongoing, and cases arising from administrative law and criminal law are also within her areas of expertise.
