Hürhan Sarı, LL.M.

Hürhan Sarı, LL.M. joined Sarı & Kılıç Attorneys at Law as a trainee lawyer in 2012 and has been a partner at the firm since 2022. He advises and represents domestic and international companies, as well as banks and financial institutions, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, the enforcement and recovery of commercial receivables, and contract law.

A significant part of his practice involves managing legal matters arising from commercial activities of companies. In this context, he advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, the resolution of legal issues arising in the course of their operations in Türkiye, and the assessment of legal risks. He also provides legal support in commercial relationships and cross-border transactions involving domestic and international parties.

Hürhan Sarı has extensive experience in managing legal processes relating to the enforcement and recovery of receivables on behalf of banks, financial institutions and corporate clients. He represents clients in the enforcement and judicial recovery of commercial receivables, disputes arising from financial leasing transactions, enforcement of security interests, bankruptcy and concordat proceedings, as well as litigation and negotiations relating to commercial disputes.

Following his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he also advises and represents clients in disputes and commercial matters involving trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.

As part of his international practice, he advises clients on U.S. E-2 Treaty Investor and E-1 Treaty Trader visa matters. He also works in cooperation with U.S.-based law firms on company formations in the United States, trademark and copyright registrations, and commercial agreements.
